As a UX designer in the making and hobbyist artist, I'm passionate about creativity with a purpose.
Previously, I was an operations consultant that focussed on improving service design for customers and staff across various industries, spanning from adult and children’s social care all the way through to food manufacturing and transport and logistics. I work best when I know my work is making tangible impact, whether that is hearing direct anecdotes from the teams I work with, seeing the graph move in the KPIs or even seeing my clients excitedly share and repurpose our work to further their visions. I look forward to working in teams where we push one another to succeed in challenging environments, building off each others' expertise to achieve new heights.
I made the shift to UX design to continue my journey to be a positive force on the world, due to its ever-increasing impact on how we operate as a society.

Aside from my proficiency in standard UX design software such as Figma, I also have experience in coding. For more details, check out my portfolio.
