Redesigning Vivid Sydney's website

With increasing crowds at the event, Vivid Sydney has the opportunity to improve their ability to provide all the relevant information to users to allow for a smooth planning experience. I focussed on a desktop solution that allows users to easily browse events and add them to lists that can be used to plan journeys ahead of the event.

Prioritising independence in rehab

London Borough of Lewisham

In a London Borough severely in debt, I led the design and implementation of a £4m annualised cost saving solution to a London Borough social care service. This involved a reallocation of resources to ensure as many individuals as possible could benefit from the service, as well as improving partnership and multi-disciplinary working to more effectively improve the independence of service users.

Reducing delays in children's social care

Royal Borough of Greenwich

Through working closely with client counterparts, I coached staff to setup and utilise performance management structures to reduce delays in the service. This included designing dashboards that showed relevant metrics as well as automating manual data-entry to support these processes.

Reducing waste in food manufacturing

Top 10 UK grocer

A quick-paced project where I worked alongside clients at a food manufacturing site to identify key areas of waste including quality assurance, giveaway and cooking times and temperatures. This laid the groundwork for solutions that would deliver £3m annualised cost savings.
